Some mods to the general WoD world
- Vastly decreased numbers of supernaturals
for example in a city the size of Toronto (aprox. 2.5 million) would have a vampire population at between 100-150, in relation Hamilton (aprox. 0.5 million) would have 20-30 vampires total across the Greater Hamilton Area. For werewolves there would be on average 10-12 packs (ranging in size of 4-10 members) roaming the southern Ontario region, with other were-types a small percentage of that number. Aberrants are just beginning to emerge, as a result no concrete numbers are available but instances are increasing exponentially. These numbers have caused the violence between supernaturals to decrease dramatically, though it still happens, all vehemence and prejudice still exists its just dialed down.

Some of us have had that choice taken out of our hands. We haven't had the chance to choose sides. We've had our side assigned and we pray that we have what it takes to make our side the winning one, whether it would be our choice or not.
