Nicky Dingo (an obvious pseudonym) is a known changing breed with a physical canine manifestation that appears mimic the shape of a wolf dog hybrid. A born changing breed shapeshifter rather than a Nova, his accent suggests an Australian origin, which is supported by Nicky's statements to that affect and other evidence (see attached warrant).
He maintains no permanent residence and has no legitimate valid identification. He has significant contact with many of the homeless street people of Hamilton. He has demonstrated a preference for non violent conflict resolution despite a domineering attitude but presents a primarily abrasive personality which may be counter productive In such circumstances. Deep cover observation has revealed that this abrasiveness can, for the most part be set aside when necessary and he is not above strong arm tactics when he feels that they are called for.
Background checks using fingerprints have discovered a fifteen year old outstanding warrant for his arrest in Sydney Australia, under the name of Monroe, Nicholas James.
